The new Mahr Online Product Catalog now includes MarMotion high-precision rotary stroke bearings. Information for design engineers or purchasers is accessible faster and easier now. You can choose the information you need by intelligent filter functions, either a complete overview of products or only components with a certain combination of diameter and length.
The layout is clear and optimized for web access. Index tabs help to select a view: Technical data, hints on usage or order information. All information about an item is displayed in dynamic tables.
Download of data sheets and CAD data
In the download area you can find data sheets as PDF files, either as a complete overview or for a selected item only. 3D CAD data in STEP format will be send to you by eMail on request – easy access without registration.
Shoppin cart and inquiries
Selected items can be collected in a shopping cart and you can send your inquiry to Mahr by just a few mouse clicks. MahrMotion’s technical support group will send a quotation to your contact address by return.

MarMotion provides long service life
| MarMotion high-precision rotary stroke bearings are well known for their high loading capacity and stiffness in combination with lowest friction. These characteristics come from the large number of balls and the preloading. Guide bush and guide shaft are paired in a way that the balls are running free of backlash and with a preloading in µ-precision. A 'side-effect' of this precision is the low wear. The preloading of the rotary stroke bearing is set to the 'high-precision' criteria. The corresponding material stress is at a Hertzian stress usually significantly below 4,000 N/mm² which is below the fatigue endurance limit. A calculation of the service life as known from other ball bearings is not necessary. Even if a cheap slide guide could fulfill the low precision requirements of an application: Long service life and low maintenance make the rotary stroke bearing to be the most economic solution for machines operating in 3 shifts. In difficult environments rotary stroke bearings made of stainless steel or with special coatings ensure a long, trouble-free operation.
